Around January 18th I ordered the first-time online part # 69510H9200 (Door Assy-fuel fille. Door), I never was charged the first time, never received any communication from the gentlemen named Ed, then around the 5th of February I went online again to order the same part and the man's name is Timothy B. Martin. I was charged and still do not have my part, nor do I get any updates as to the status of delivery. I have been a loyal Kia owner since 2008 and this is not acceptable. Please help me get my part or refund my money and i will go to the local Kia dealer. Thank you.
