KIA in Cairns FNQ Queensland review: Manufacturing defect. Paint flaking off the undercoat. The last few years.

Hello, About 4 years back I first noticed a couple of small spots which look all like stone chips. these were sealed with a small dab of clear to keep the car looking new. I bought the car brand new. In fact, both my daughter and I were so impressed we bought 2 (two) of the same cars KIA RIO the current new shape. On my car I opted for the full package and lifetime paint warranty, window tinting and so on. So over the next 18 months to 2 years, I noticed small bubbles under the paint, which then turned into a flaking off paint area. Now in the past several months and several visits to KIA in Cairns no one can tell me the course of action. To be honest it's been a run around at Trinity Auto. My car the KIA RIO has been looked at a number of times by the suggestion of the auto group. This means on several occasions I have dropped the car off and picked it up at the end of the day and every time there is no result on what to do. Today again I am chasing up the response from KIA trinity auto group. I have given PDF files and pictures a number of times and still it is undecided. I will attempt to attach pictures for you to look at. Also I submitted a WARRANTY CLAIM FORM from Neotek to trinity auto still with no response. Basically it goes like this, I approach the service department they book the car in for an inspection and they then take the car to a spray painter. The second time I had to take it there and the quote was going to be sent from the painter to trinity auto group. Another time it was sent to the Neotek or paint protection people and they said it was not there fault but poor quality paint work and possibly some stone chips. Unfortunately for them all is that it is very clear that the paint is separating off the undercoat. The prevalence is noticeably clear now that patches are flaking off.
