I made a withdrawal of ₹7,450 from my Khelo24Bet account on 21st July 2025 at 05:49 PM via bank transfer.
The app showed the withdrawal as “successful”, but even after more than 24 hours, the money has not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted the live support team and was asked to provide screenshots of the withdrawal and my profile, which I submitted immediately. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly told to “wait” with no real update, no UTR (transaction reference number), and no explanation for the delay.
I also received a ₹150 bonus during my deposit, and I informed support that I’m willing to cancel the bonus or meet the wagering requirement if that’s causing the issue. Still, they refuse to clarify or resolve anything.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I have saved all chat screenshots and bank statements to prove that I followed every step correctly and received no payout.
I am filing this complaint to warn others and urge Khelo24Bet to take immediate action. If I do not receive my money or at least a valid update and UTR number within the next 48 hours, I will continue escalating this on more public forums including Trustpilot, Reddit, and social media.

Same happened with me I withdrawn 33940 rs but didn't get it in my account they are saying checking for updates continuously there no reference no for that transaction all the successful transaction have utr no but that transaction
