Keystone Collections Group review: The most incompetent organization I have ever dealt with

This is the second year in a row that I have had to deal with KCG about a refund owed to me on my local taxes. I have NO idea why PA has hired them to do local taxes when there are HUNDREDS of horrific reviews and complaints about them. The CEO and Operations head clearly don't seem to care about that. No one there knows how to read a tax return; the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing; they say they received my documents and then I get a letter in the mail asking me to send in those exact documents. They are totally incompetent! And they will not give me my refund because they can't find their way out of a paper bag! Next stop, legal action. They should NOT be in business!
