KeyBank review: Customer service

Hello team,
I got a flyer from the keybank regarding to open an account that gets you and get $400.
I got that flyer many times in the past and really like to open an account.
I did collected all the deposits checks and also $4000 to open an account. I went there (this one address 15805 SW 116th Ave King City, OR Oregon 97224) telephone:503-620-3513. The person name teller (Not sure if I spell right way) told that I have to make an appointment.
so I made and appointment for 330 pm on 11/30/20 and went there again. That person Teller I talked about and he told that go to home and open an account.
I requested him to help me and he states "I don't know much, you go and do by yourself" also he is rude and was not willing to help me at all.
I showed him some cheque for deposit and also flyer. No help received.
I feel that customers like me is ignored. I did not waste my time driving and going to talk with him. I have account on other banks but never been treated this way.
