My Opel vehicle has been in 3 times for the same issue thought the manager Rickey said to me that as the end user I only think it’s the same issue and it’s really been 3 separate issues in 2 months and then proceeded to blame the mechanic.

My vehicle went in yesterday for the 3rd time. We were told the repairs were not completed and I would get my car back today. Today I’m told they are waiting for a part and the vehicle will be ready on Monday. I requested a curtsey vehicle and was declined. Manager was rude and unhelpful, switchboard cut me off 8 times! The dealership never seems to have parts and it’s always a weeks wait for the spares. I don’t want to own an Opel anymore, done with the brand and this dealership.
