This company gives it's name as Ketluxe and a phony telephone number that connects to a church in CA. They make their money by signing you up to a "subscription" when you place a single order. When you contact their company and argue with their representative, you're told to keep the product (even if you haven't yet received the second shipment that you're being charged for) and given a discount on the second shipment along with a promise of cancellation of your subscription. Evidently the church has received a lot of calls for this company because the pastor of the church gives the company's phone number out on his recorder. The phone number he gives is [protected].
this is my same sorry to the t. everything exactly as you said from the church to the subscription. They make you think that the apple cider gummies are a deal if you buy 3 bottles at $39.76 you get 2 free but they land up charging your account for $198.78. I know i checked a box that said I did not want future shipments because i have been scammed like that before. I called and could hardly understand the lady and it was just what you said..I will cancel your subscriptions from further deliveries. I said i do not want the one you just sent. she said i will give you 30 percent off, again i said i didnt want it and she said well i can give you 50 percent off ok..i said no i cant take them i dont want them and she said well just keep them we will cancel your subscription and you can give them away..no use arguing cause we cant make them understand. When you get the order in comes in a white plastic envelope with no name, address, telephone number and not even an invoice..so disappointing..when will i learn not to order..when it sounds too good to be true its because it is..
