I have a leak in my home pool. Kemps said they could fix my leak in my pool. When they came and examined my pool they would not tell me what they found was wrong with my pool or what it will take to get it fixed. They just want me to pay over $800 without itemizing the bill and not telling me what is the problem and what will it take to fix it. They say they have had problems with people paying the bill if you tell them anything ahead of the payment.

Desired outcome: To give me an itemized bill on what was done to identify possible leaks and then let me know what the problem is and approximate how much it will cost to repair leak. I don't think that is too much to ask.
