This girl's shop is disgusting! When you first drive up & walk in, it looks ok. But as you stay a while you notice some horribly disgusting things about how this girl maintains her shop. First, upon walking to the chair, customers must walk through & sit in piles of hair that was cut off of other customers! She hardly ever sweeps. Next, she washes your hair in a sink that is full of curlers that she removed from previous customers & left in the sink unwashed. there are dead bugs & dirt all over the play room-not to mention the very dirty second hand toys that she put in this room for kids to play with. Then there is the bathroom. The toilet is almost all black with mold, the sink is filthy, & there are no towels/paper towels/blower to dry your hands. So, this girl apparently does not wash her hands after using the bathroom then returning to her customers. Her work is just as bad. She has ruined shirts of clients by getting color all over them. I had a color done here & she didn't even rinse the color out of my hair. She made a quick effort to do so, but I left with golly hair still full of color. When I got home I rinsed my hair in the bath tub & the entire bottom of the tub was covered with color that she left in my hair. There is much more, but it would take me hours of typing. This place is an absolute disgusting nightmare! She has been in business for quite some time due to a small area with no competitors close by. This place is gross & a health hazard.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Suzy Gosche is a wonderful hairstylest and keeps a very clean upscale salon. Top notch wonderful professional woman I have ever met in my entire life.
