Kayak and Agoda review: Flight tickets issued not the same category as advertised.

Kayak advertised that Agoda sold a CHOICE ticket (including luggage) on Virgin Australia from Newcastle to Brisbane. Agoda subsequently issued a LITE ticket (no luggage) and claims they do not sell anything but LITE tickets. Date of travel 15 Jan 2024.

Correspondence with Kayak and Agoda were not satisfactory - both disclaimed liability. Kayak said they are only a referral service. Agoda maintained they did not state the category of the ticket being sold.
