Purchased a 2023 Kawasaki KX250 on the end of July 2022, at Two Jacks, Wilkes Barre PA. Not even a year old, it started with the starter back in January 2023, the stater would not work, so it had been fixed (by a repair guru) and Two Jacks refused to comply. Worked for about 2 weeks (not ridden everyday), so took it to a shop an hour and a half drive away from me. When getting into what was wrong, it was a connection fault, upon looking more into it, one thing lead to another, and cost me over two thousand in parts! Yes, brand new original parts! No generic parts went into. Ok, so, by now, it's put together, and the freaking motor is shot! Not even ridden for a year and this is the junk that I had purchased for over 11,000 dollars. And Two Jacks said they not responsible!
I want very much for this to be corrected, send a refund for $11,000 - the purchase price (not included the parts and labor that was put into it), or I may have to take legal action! I feel when the Kawasaki dealer saw a young man walking in to purchase it they definitely pulled a number on him!
