A little advice for those who want to join this company. There are some Employees have been join this company for more then 6 months or more, not been confirm as a permanent staff. Not given clear reason why they do so. Beside this, company have no other benefits beside medical claim. No annual dinner no company trip...and no...
Poor management, boss like to shout/ scold the employee in front of the public and ask them to leave the company. Never respect the employee.
Turn over is extremely high. So, think twice, if you would like to have a try on this company, All the best to you!
-) nonsense boss, no simple objective
-) extreme unhealthy work environment, wonder the management had simple educate with human right respect (shouting, scolding at work place)
-) unrealistic goal - set sales target with no in-stock. Always used cost cut excuse for delay stock ( increase of shipping due global pandemic) but increase the team sales target x1.5 time for cover shortfall.
-) Staff - no motivation (due they dun even hit target since join), always short of staff (offen "transfer"staff among outlet), almost half of retail staff are foreigner, no standard of work due those constraint
-) no benefits, HR seem doesn't know the acting of human resources.
-) like to fire staff without solid reason, used to fire staff if they feel unsuitable. Most funny part is the management is request the "fire" staff handover his talent before left.
Because of these, this company had good reputation at subang Jaya jabatan hasil manusia...
