It is unlikely we will ever purchase another Karcher product. Here is why:
First the GFP had to be replaced because no power (May 2010).
Second the unit started making surging sounds with a huge drop in pressure.
And finally the unit is less then four years old.
Three Karcher products at home, all three with problems. Never agin
Performance of karcher vacuum is worst..we have purchased the vacuum last 14 month back and spent a lot on the service and the spare parts are very costly compared to others..now the machine is completely dead and the dealer suggests to change the motors which costs around 8k...and the services are prepaid, we need to first send the confirmation mail to their quotation and send the scan image of the cheque, then only the other process starts.. the spare are also not ready available with them...it wil take min a weeks time to replace...Vserve Services, Hyderabad
Karcher is very good company...
