Kara Fulkerson is a cytotechnologist within the Seton network. She is the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with. I have seen her spend so much time talking with other lab techs and people from other departments complaining about her husband or flirting with any man who walks in the room and not paying attention to what she's doing. On more than one occasion her reports were wrong and in this field you cannot be wrong.
Kara is an extremely needy female who demands attention from anyone she can get it from. Now that she is getting a divorce from her husband she makes sure that everyone knows she's available. She has thrown herself at married men and it is almost embarrassing to watch because she is not attractive at all and it is very obvious that these men are not interested in her. I'm pretty sure she was having an affair with another woman for the past six months and before that she told me she broke up another guys marriage and he was a really nice guy who was just trying to be cordial to her. She was happy she destroyed that marriage but cried when he wouldn't have anything to do with her after that. She is homely and has self esteem issues and spends all day at work on her cell phone.
I've reported her on multiple occasions but seton is desperate right now and won't fire her even though she almost caused a patient to undergo treatment he didn't need and could have killed him.
I wouldn't trust her if my life depended on it and am glad she transferred out of my facility.

I was recently surprised to come across this and felt I ought to address it. It seems important to address misinformation from an online anonymous post, especially when it impacts individuals on a personal level. I'm not sure what your motivation was behind posting this kind of information about me. While I don't know who you are, I do know that the people who know me well, personally and professionally, would find this post highly inconsistent with who I am and how I go about living my life. My intention is always to continue learning and growing from every experience I have, including this one. The line between free speech and defamatory speech can sometimes become blurred, and I will have to leave it to the reader to determine what to make of what you wrote.
