Kansas City Chiefs and the NFL review: Having my 37 plus year season tickets sold out from under me for no reason 1

I hope you can assist us. My niece and I spent today in tears. I have had Chiefs tickets as a season ticket holder in section 117 since my niece was a little girl. She is now nearly 50 years old. Today we went to enter for the game using our tickets on the app. We learned to our horror at the gate that my season tickets had been sold out from under us. I have several thousand dollars in credit in my account, and my credit card is always on file to charge the next year. Nobody emailed or called or sent us a letter about selling our seats.

This is wrong. The person my niece spoke to today told us we had to buy other seats to the game because our tickets were “dropped” because we opted out of communications. Not only is this wrong, this is a lie.

I have always had my ticket agent Ray from the Chiefs call and wish me well and ask about my cats or he will just apply our credit or my on file credit card to the account and get us our tickets.

Our whole section is devastated because they help me get to my seat. I am 93 and these seats are for my family and our memories are so wonderful. How could this happen? How could the ticket customer service person lie? I would never opt out after nearly 40 years. Ever. It’s not true. Please help us. I have never been this upset and I did have high blood pressure after the game when my nurse checked me out because I am upset about being taken advantage of and cheated out of my seats. This isn’t right. I’ve been a loyal Chiefs fan. Please help give me back my seats. This is wrong. I beg you to get my seats back.

My niece and her children have spent over $2300 on flights from Baltimore to take me to the games this season. Please help give me my seats back.
