Kam Ma auto channel SDN bhd review: Used car dealer conman 3

I have sold my car on the 30/7/2015. Before I sale the car I did mention that I want full settlement with my bank. I do not want to settle monthly instalment. The used car dealer mention to me to settle by 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the car dealer block my call. I have to go to his office to look for them. The used car boss not around and one of his staff attend to us. His staff mentioned that he will get his boss to settle full payment asap. I always get broken promise. Until to date 6 months already still have not settle my car. I have no choice I make complaints to consumer complaint department. Today the officer called me and still no solutions. The used car even treaten me to take back the car and payment them back what they have paid the instalment. Please anyone can advise me what I can do. There is no law and procedure for all this.
