Janice Palmer is knowingly breeding at risk for DM and carrier for DM together and selling their offspring to unsuspecting show/ breeder homes, and pet home and doesn't think its important to tell the new owners that there is a great chance the puppy she is selling you is at risk for developing DM, Beware this breeder doesn't think there is anything wrong with this practice! I have the documents and her conversation to prove it.
