I placed an order for shoes for my daughters First Communion online and ordered different sizes not knowing which shoes would fit. I understood the return policy as 14 business days from the date of receipt. Apparently, they are saying now it's just 14 total days now to return. I work for a company that is severely short staffed due to the Pandemic as well as I have been ill and have not had a chance to go online and "request" a return. Now I'm being told I'm going to be stuck with well over $100 worth of shoes that are super occasion specific and cannot be returned. This is just terrible customer service and I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
Desired outcome: I want to return the product and would like to receive a refund for the product.
