Beware of Kristy at K A R Pro Tint shop. This small-town business owner runs a two-bit shop on the side of the road in Jane Lew, WV. I went to Kristy to get limo tint put on my car. After I paid Kristy $250, I had to return 2 days later due to bubbles. Kristy tried to get out of fixing it. Only re-doing 1 window and "fixing" the rest, I picked up my car. I then called her back to ask for the warranty information. (She prides herself in offering a Lifetime warranty on all window tinting). She got very defensive and REFUSED to give me anything in writing. Not even a receipt! She claims because I got limo tint that she will not put anything in writing for me, but she "gave me her word"! LOL! I dont know what business school told her that "her word" is a legitimate source of a warranty but they mislead her. My windows are again bubbled up. I have had to report her to the BBB and the Attorney General to get this mess straightened up. This lady also has gossiped about me with the small town trash, trying to defend her poor work and even poorer business ethic. Unless this lady is your cousin, aunt, or grandma...or you simply feel comfortable taking a strangers "word" as your warranty...steer clear of this hillbilly hick!

Perhaps because you know her personally you have had luck in having her honor her warranty and fix her mistakes. Unfortunately for the rest of the world who only have business connection with her, we must rely on legitimate proof of a warranty to feel secure in knowing the warranty exists. She refused to do that. Nothing I claimed about this situation was false in any way. I did pay Kristy to tint my windows. She took my money and did the job. I did ask her to provide warranty information simply because I was already having so many bubbles. She did in fact refuse to give me that warranty information. Thus, not a false claim. Obviously you feel the need to support her to cover up this screw up on her end, but the facts are the facts.

K.A.R. Pro Tint Shop offered at least 10 times to refund ShadyBusinessExposer's $250.00. What she wanted was a refund but keep the window tint installed on her car. We would not refund this girls money unless she allowed us to remove the fim that we installed on her vehicle. I don't get to buy things from Wal-Mart or any store, demand a refund but keep the product. Evidently the tint job was not too bad as she insisted on keeping in on her vehicle.. It's been almost 2 years and I still see that car in town with our tint job on it.. And by the way..." It still looks great!

Kristy has always done an excellent job on my tint, the person accusing Kristy is not a reputable source! I have had several vehicles tinted at KAR, they may not have always been perfect the first time... but Kristy ALWAYS made it right, her word is 100% good!

Brittany Randolph is falsely accusing her!
