The seller will not respond to my emails sent through Ebay. As follows. I need to know what they will do to resolve issue that they noted they would offer a compliance or non compliance certificate and never did! When I purchased this vehicle I made it clear I was coming to pick it up from my home in Camarillo Ca. I further indicated I was using it locally as a daily driver. I was never given/offered any "Compliance cert" as indicated in your listing as " If you are a California Resident intending to register this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a ?certificate of compliance? or ?certificate of non-compliance? along with the sale" This being the case I assumed the vehicle was compliant and would pass smog. I therefore spent almost $600 in tires and battery on the way home prior to smogging vehicle. I then went to have it smogged and found it is a "gross polluter". Repairs to make vehicle compliant will exceed $2000.00 and vehicle is having to be scrapped. If your "Compliancy" statement had been provided as listed I would have known not to spend any further $ on an unregisterable vehicle
