Don't waste your time or money with JTM Auto.
I purchased 2 car alarms from JTM Auto (which also trades on eBay). I had them both professionally installed by an auto electrician (recommended by JTM Auto). Within weeks, both have stopped working.
Seller claims to provide 1 year warranty, but does not respond to any emails / phone calls etc... (believe me I have sent multiple emails)
Save your money, save your time, avoid JTM Auto at all costs.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I purchased a $1000 rear bumper with integrated tow bar for my 2019 hilux .
Received item and it dose not have holes for safety chains and is not certified. I have tried to contact many times for exchange or refund, with no response.
I now have to take it further to try and recover my money.
I would not purchase any thing for this company.

I have dealt with this business in the past too...very dodgy!
I have also had dealings (not good) they are scammers
