JPeterman's website is so-so. Sometimes there's just too many words, and not enough good stuff to buy. It's kind of like they want to be artsy and high-end, but it ends up looking like they're trying too hard. The pictures they do have aren't great quality, and there's not a lot of variety. Also, the prices seem steep, especially when you can find similar stuff elsewhere for less. Nonetheless, they do have a few interesting items, so it's worth checking out if you're into retro stuff or old fashioned clothes. Just don't expect to find a bargain.

Just went through an awful experience with jpeterman.com. I can't believe how terrible it was! I had to deal with three different shipments and it took me an hour to talk to the right person about fixing my order. And that was after waiting for a month! I don't think anyone even cared about my problem.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll ever use them again. It's such a shame because I used to think JPeterman was a reliable and trustworthy place to shop. But now, I'm not so sure. Unfortunately, they seem to have gone down the drain.

Maybe it was just a one-time issue, but it was enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth. I really hope they can improve their customer service and be more efficient with their shipping. It's disappointing to see a once great company fall so far. I'll be sticking with other retailers for now.

I've got to hand it to ya, JPeterman has been on my radar since the get-go. I've snagged up all sorts of goodies, from the classics to loungewear to charming little home trinkets – it's a real catch all!

I can't help but swoon over the script. It's got a real charm to it, you know? Unique, just like the pieces themselves.

To be honest, I've been dreaming of taking a trip down to Kentucky and trying to hunt down that brick and mortar store. Although, I can't say for sure if it's even still open... guess I'll just have to do some more digging!

At the end of the day, JPeterman is a true treasure trove for those of us with a more refined taste. I'm a die-hard fan – thanks for all the love you put into each catalog!

I wanted to get some nice things to wear and so I went online to jpeterman.com. I ordered like 7 things for $330.55. But, oh man, it's been like 5 weeks now and I haven't gotten anything! I called them a bunch of times but they just keep making excuses. Like every time I call it's a different excuse! It's making me so mad! Like seriously, just send me my stuff or give me my money back, you know? It's like they don't even care about me or my order!

But anyway, I'm not taking this lying down. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Like, maybe they'll actually get the job done, you know? Right now I'm on the phone with Peterman, and I've been on hold for forever now! Like seriously, they better not hang up on me or anything. 'Cause I'm not gonna stop until I get answers!

Honestly, I wish I had checked them out here first before I bought from them. Like, if I did that, I would have known that they're just a bunch of scammers! Don't make the same mistake as me, you know? Like, just go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers!

I recently made a purchase on JPeterman's website for some shirts to give to my husband. Unfortunately, my order arrived later than expected, causing me some frustration along the way. In my attempt to get in touch with customer service, I found myself spending a total of five hours over three different days trying to reach someone.

What irked me the most was that despite spending 45 minutes each time waiting on hold, I never got through to a representative that could assist me. Their automated system kept directing me towards live chat, which I tried three times to no avail. Each time, I was either informed that no one was available, or that someone would call me back shortly. However, I never received that call.

My experience reminded me of what it's like to deal with overseas companies where you have no way of getting in touch with them when an issue arises. Despite my frustration, my husband was delighted with the shirts when they finally arrived. Nevertheless, I would think twice before ordering from JPeterman again if I knew that I would have to go through a similar experience to the one I had.

So, recently I got myself a John Peterman company product which costed me a good $224, which was totally fine except for the fact that they listed it as "in stock" but well, it never shipped. After waiting for weeks, they informed me that it was on "backorder", which was quite a bummer.

At that point, I got really put off and decided to cancel my order. But, here's the catch - it's been two weeks since then and I am still waiting for my refund. And you know what they told me? That it might take up to a month for me to get my money back. Now, to be honest, I am not quite sure that I'll ever see a penny of my own money!

It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such a lackadaisical service when all you want is some genuine feedback - it makes you wonder where all the dollars of your hard earned money are being spent! And the worst part is - I never even received the product! At this point, I feel like I have nothing but sheer irritation and exasperation towards the indifferent customer service and the company as a whole.

Needless to say, I don't think I'll be making any more purchases with them. It's quite disappointing to see that such a company could have such a laid-back and careless attitude towards their customers. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if I am being honest.

So, I had a bit of an issue with JPeterman recently. I reached out to their customer service team and had a not-so-pleasant operator answer the phone. They told me that they couldn't give me a discount even though I had messaged them beforehand about it not being applied to my online order.

Honestly, it's kind of disappointing. I remember when JPeterman used to really care about their customers. But now it seems like they just don't have the same level of service that they used to.

I'm probably going to shop around at other retailers in the future. There are plenty out there that are super nice and offer great service. It's just a shame that JPeterman doesn't seem to be one of them anymore.

I got this shirt from JPeterman and even though it cost me some dough, I thought it’d be a high-quality one. Sadly, it wasn't the case. The buttons were so small they looked like they'd break with the slightest touch. And they did. After the initial wash, two buttons just fell off, and every time I threw it in the machine, another one bit the dust. Fed up with this, I decided to reach out to J Peterman co, and talked to Chelsea who answered the phone. I wanted to know if they could help me and send some new buttons. Unfortunately, the answer was no, they had none left. Dangit! I tried to ask for a new shirt, but they said they were out of stock. Tried to ask for something similar, no dice. What kind of service is that? No replacements, no nothing? This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping here again.

I done spent pretty much close to $1000 for this wicked cool-looking Editor's Bag from JPeterman as a present for one of my dudes. He was stuck in an overseas place 'cause of that dang ol' covid mess and it took me awhile to get it over to him. When he finally got it in his hands, he was stoked outta his mind. He sported that thing around for only a week and the strap come flying off the bag! Not only that, but one of the clips on the front done busted right off! I wasn't even a bit surprised when I heard about it. Don't get me wrong, the leather on this thang was a sight to behold, but it was clear as day that they done messed up big time on the stitching and reinforcements. I was feeling major bummed about the whole dang thing. What made it even worse was when I reached out to JP's folks about it, they said they couldn't do nothing 'cause it was past the 90-day deadline. All they offered was a 30% discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me?!? Why on earth would I wanna buy from them again if this is how they treat customers?
