Journey Health & Lifestyle™ formerly First-Street for Boomers and Beyond, Inc. review: The perfect sleep chair

I purchased The Perfect Sleep Chair on May 19th, 2021. It was delivered in August 2021. The right side of the chair is separated from the main body of the chair. See attached photos. The chair is in our bedroom, and I was dusting the furniture on Wednesday, November 17th, and noticed the damage. Mr. Lumas uses the chair. He is 88 years old and weighs 155 lbs. He does not use the features, footrest, heating, vibration, etc. He sits in the chair, and his walker is on the side to assist him getting out of the chair.
I sent two emails to Journey Health & Lifestyle™
formerly first-STREET for Boomers and Beyond, Inc.
on Saturday, November 20th, I want the chair repaired, replaced, or money refunded. However, I examined the chair again today, and the right side of the chair continues to separate, i.e., the space is large and that could potentially present a safety hazard for Mr. Lumas.
I am demanding a refund less the free shipping received. Have someone pick up this chair.
