On Nov 19, 2021 we had Jones Home Services out to fix as they claimed our collapsed pipes that run from under our home to almost our sidewalks. My husbands boss recommended them. I look them up and they seemed like a legit company. I looked on line then and it said they were master plumbers. Now I look online and can't find any information about them at all. Anyhow in December we had a heavy rain and we developed sinkholes in our from yard and our front yard flooded like a lake, something we never had before. My husband called Jones Home Services and they told us to bad and now won't answer the phone when he calls. We paid 10 grand to have new piping installed and our afraid something is going to happen. We ended up having to get lots of dirt because our front yard was horrible. Also when they paid the guy who ran the excavator they paid the guy in hundreds in cash after I gave them my check.
