Jiffy Lube Benicia California Store #1948 review: Overcharge for unused oil

On 10/30/22, invoice #[protected] our 2017 Colorado 2.8l diesel came in for an oil change. When we got there, we informed your employee that the truck required 6 QTS of oil (incl filter) according to our owners manual. Your employee handed my wife a small electronic device for authorization signature and sent her to the waiting room. Later when they brought her the estimate sheet, we were charged for 10 quarts of oil + the oil filter for $130.00. At this point she called me and I told them only to install 6 quarts of oil. The employee working on the truck had already installed 6 1/2 quarts which we charged on the left side of the estimate for 84.00 +10 for the filter. The parts total should be $82.00 ($72 for 6 quarts of oil+10 filter). The parts total on the right side of the estimate says $130. You are charging me for 10 quarts of oil. We are seeking a refund for $48.00.
