On November 21, 2022 at approximately 7:00p.m., I placed an order with Jewels/OSCO to have my Thanksgiving dinner catered; however, I was not told that the food would be raw and that I had to cook all of it; Now I as you who in the world caters raw food to their customer, my order number #[protected]; the date was November, 21, 2022; the price was 139.00; I was totally mortified and embarrassed. I was not offered a refund, nor was I offered an apology for the false advertising or misleading information.
Desired outcome: and Jewels to be held accountable for false advertising, and deceptive business practices.
