Jesse advertises a scratch and dent sale for a back stretching piece of equipment . when i ordered it i did not see a no return . so when i got is i absolutely could not use it as it was so hard to do. it was just a metal frame and straps to adjust your body too. No scraths were visiaable at all. so since i am 70 and have RA I asked to return. I was given a return authorization and sent the unit back. the next thing I know it came back to me, they shipped it right back. I had several argument's with them and they refused to honor the return authorization I had been given. so iam stuck for over $300.00 for a worthless piece of equipment that they advertised as from Australia and selling fast. but will not take it back . it is perfect no scratches at all.
