Jenkins Exteriors & Interiors review: Did not do what he said he would do

I am really disappointed that you are not a man of your word. You have not done what you said you would do. We paid you $32,898.00 (our check number 2281) to replace the roofs due to hail damage on my and my son’s house and to repair the siding on my son’s house in May. The roofs were installed but they did not replace the flashing on the chimney on our home.

You have yet to replace the hail damaged siding on my son’s house. You have placed the blame on Mid City’s inability to get yellow siding. Last Saturday, (July 22) I suggested to you to put on any color siding and paint it with vinyl paint. You stated that you wanted to check with Mid City to see what the situation was.

Should you fail to respond to this acknowledgment, I WILL report this to the Better Business Bureau, the Sunrise Estates Homeowners Association, Angie’s website and Yelp as you no longer accept my phone calls. You are not performing in a very professional manner.

Refund the $2000.00 that you were paid to do the vinyl repair so we can get a contracter that will replace it.
