Jeff Stawicki and Cameron Cord borrowed a lot of money from us and have refused to pay it back. We have found out that they have been sued by several banks and companies in the last 18 months for Fraud, Breach of Contract, fauilure to pay their debts.
Jeff Stawicki told us how he was a man of faith and would never defraud anyone. He is a liar and theif. We have suffered so much because Jeff Stawicki Cameron Cord and their companies Realistic Enterprises LLC. Please do not EVER do business with these thieves. They already have over 10 lawsuits pending agianst them and over $6 million in judgments agianst them.
I agree run from these guys they will screw you over and steal from you

I know the man personally for about 18 years haven't spoken with him since and that was 2006. He has drawn all of the family away from his wife and now they are alone. Jeff is a cold calculated stoic person who spoke to you as if everything you say and do is wrong. He used his speech skills and manipulation tactics to condescend and belittle his own step son and his wife when they have guests over at dinner. Both Jeff and his wife are twisted and cold people and psychologically damaged their son who in his thirties is still sorting through years of being isolated and brainwashed with Christian ideologies . Jeff won't even let his step-son talk to his mother, even after 11 years of not speaking. They gave up their parenting responsibilities when they sent him to boarding school. The sad fact is that their stepson had more freedom at a baptist boarding school, than living at home. Both Jeff and his just are terrible people who gave up on their son. If you are reading this and you consider doing business or any type of interaction think about what you have read and ask yourself. Would I like to get ripped off by a condescending ###?
Jeff Stawicki and all of his scams are finally being exposed. He milked Cameron Cord for millions of dollars and now he is getting what he deserves. Cameron Cord you should have already sued Jeff Stawicki along time ago. Don't blame the economy on his lawsuits. He was in default and being sued way before the economy went in the tank. He is a horrible person and an even worse businessman. Check out Hamilton, clermont, butler county clerk of courts web sites and view the dozen lawsuits and judgements he has against him.
What abouy the buyout this last customer supposedly offerred to the subs
Our company did work for Elegant Estates 5/09- 7/09. They did not pay first or second draw, so we left the jobsite. After months of asking for our money, we were given an invoice stating were to receive about $300 for over $3000 of work because we had left the job (among others). Unfortunately, I have found that contractors who preach about what a good Christian they are, are the dirtiest snakes of them all.
To make a long story short, I didn't accept his statements of "faith" as payment for money owed to us. I set up a meeting with him in 10/09 where I explained the laws that he had broken, what I expected in return (We were willing to lose over $700), and that if he didn't pay us in 2 weeks, I would be filing a lien against the property for full payment of contract, and I would see him in in court. CONTRACTORS MUST KNOW THE LAWS- no excuses.
I knew enough about the companies' business practices, and felt like we needed to get paid before they went bankrupt. For all contractors that haven't received payment for past work: YOU CAN STILL FILE A LIEN AGAINST THE PROPERTY YOU WORKED ON! Jeff Stawicki did not file the proper paperwork in the county that defends him against this. Unfortunately, this is against the owner's property and must be filed every five years. This is your only recourse because you won't be getting a penny from any of Jeff Stawicki's 7 companies!
Jeff and cameron are not the only ones responsible for the massive misuse of funds. I'm not here to defend anyone because the mans head was so far up his own you know what he couldn't see th light of day but I am saying that I believe in my own opinion that some of the management was massivly misusing also in turn contributing to the outcome we now see not to mention the economy itself..
I am a contractor who used to work with Elegant Estates. They currently owe me for the last job in the Arboretum and they keep putting me off on payment, now for 9 months. I always took Jeff to be a "man of faith", but not so sure anymore. I have had good success in dealing with these characters before, but in the last three years things have gone sour Byer beware!
Jeff Stawicki is a FRAUD! He borrowed a lot of money from our church and cannot pay it back. He knew he could never pay it back and after seeing all these complaints and all the other lawsuits they are facing it's no wonder why he couldn't pay us back. If Jeff Stawicki and or his partner Cameron Cord ask to borrow money I would advise agianst it.
They have judgments agianst them from Peoples Community bank for over $1.3 million. Fifth Third bank has multiple judgments against them. They are currently facing 9 other lawsuits in Butler, hamilton, and Warren county.
They are crooks not to mention Jeff Stawicki use to beat his first wife
Did you loan them $ for the Arboretum subdivision in West Chester, Ohio? Who owns the Arboretum lots now? Huntington Bank got a judgement against Realistic Enterprises, Stawicki and Cord in June, 2009 for $3.66 M. Does Huntington own the property now? What other banks and creditors have sued these parties?
