ATTENTION BUYERS BEWARE, they sell fake merchandise. They claim they're merchandise is authentic but they're scammers. I emailed and called them numerous times to cancel my transaction but no replys for two days straight. When I finally got in contact with one of them, Bryce McNamee, he was very rude and kept insisting that I had the wrong number and that he only sells "wine" he then hung up on me. I then called back and he started raising his voice at me and kept telling me that his phone number's area code was 914 not 953 and said 953 was a Florida area code, I then dialed 914 to check if it was his number, but guess what? the number doesn't even exist. Why would a business post an incorrect phone number on their website? I've done some research and found out that I am not the only one with this problem. They run under several company names such as: JCS Fashion, Jizzletech, House of Denim and another name that i can't remember. You could also check on ebay.com, numerous complaints. Why would a business keep switching names? Very shady. The government should investigate this company and put them out of business for good.
I ordered a pair of ugg boots through ceilocollections.com and on my bank statement it came through as jcs fashion. I googled the company and all i could find are scam/fraud complaints! I cant believe it, i ordered them a month ago and have not gotten anything and i tracked the package and says it was processed 2 weeks ago in Beijing China, nothing else!
Same things hapenned to me. They're very slimey. It's a scam! Call the BBB. I'd like to find the guy who runs this place...
I ordered from this company and after the first washing it shrank two sizes. I am livid as my purchase was a gift! This is terrible. How can they opperate a legitimate business? Please call the BBB!
I have had an atrocious time trying to get my money back on merchandise that they shipped wrong. The shirts looked like kids when I ordered an adult Large. I get someone in "shipping" everytime and no one ever asks your name or for your contact information. All they say is ya someone will call you! How can you call me if you don't know who is on the other line! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has been two months since I ordered the product and about a month and half that I have been trying to get my refund. They are horrible, crappy product for Ralph Lauren! Do NOT buy from here! Submit complaints to the BBB - Better Business Bureau and shut these guys down!
