I have tried to call this company many times, no return calls and left messages for the company to call me so I can settle this debt once and for all. They have not done anything to comply with there end, if they want me to pay this off and for them to stop ruining my credit. Every other debt that I had I have paid off, and they have always called me. This company has done no such thing, and I don't think its right one bit for this company to be doing this. This is why America is in such bad shape is because Creditors like this doing things that are not right or ethical. I have placed other complaints, and its just wrong.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

, I am having trouble even buying food for my minor children at this time. We go to the food banks regularly.
I am going to be paying this off -as soon as I am able to.
I spoke with collector Josh (who would not give his last name) and felt/feel very threatened. His questions were out of line regarding this account. Asking such personal questions was intimidating. Asking me to call my cancer ridden father for money, who lives in California, was ridiculous. I refuse to deal with such tactics.
I do not appreciate nor like to deal with harassment by bill collectors.
Nor -do I find it appropriate for Josh to continue to call my minor son’s phone (he pays his own phone bill w/his part time job) and harass or stress him. Life is difficult enough for us right now and he doesn’t need to be harassed by bill collectors for me.
