Jay is not an honest businessman. He does not post his rates or services in his shop, he does not tell you what they are, and he does not follow instructions from the car owners-plus he charges you to go into the yard to get your own property from the vehicle! total scam! all violations of the nj predatory towing act enacted about 15 years ago.
I live in south carolina and had a fender bender in nj. The police called him (i did not get a chance to call a towing place), and i told him to take my car to the body shop that he knows someone at 3 days before he actually did-padding the bill!
