Jayathri Infrastructure Pvt Ltd review: Pre launch offers

Coming to our own issue/case, we are a group of nearly 370 and rumour is that another 150 are outside and not interested to join our whatsapp group. As per the data total scam amount is 80crores. But if govt or department decide they can easily get all correct data.Company name is jayatri infrastructures pvt ltd. Md is kakarla srinivas. He already cheated people in andhra pradesh state. Recently he got arrested and released on bail. Along with him all his old and current directors are also equally responsible for this scam. They started in 2021 and almost 30 projects started with diff types like flats, commercial units, farm plots, metro shops.

We have list and can be validated with ur team. None of the projects are completed except one which is in decent state I e platinum in bachupally. Remaining all are in initial stage and some even do bot have site. Gopanapally commercial venture where site also not bought. For some projects no approvals yet. Even rera approved projects also not progressed. To cut short he taken all the money from investors and now he is not reachable and no office and if we scold some thing in their groups his team is threatening. They are openly saying they do not have money and all money is given to projects as advance. Even we asked him to give details to beg them to return amount with some penalty.Instead of realising and helping investors they are trying to cheat more and wash off from us. Officially they are settling with farmland with higher price and even those plots we can not sell in future. We approached police and they are not taking cases and just taken 5 people. When we ask them they told to approach courts as they handed over to court. Each investor have their own issues and struggling both personally and professionally. I know that we middle class people did mistake with greed and meet inflation and family major expenses like education and marriages.

If u can not do anything for above issues, pls have one single window platform where public can complain and u can take action for all future such frauds. I heard that the same company already started same thing with new investors with new company name.
