To Whom it May Concern,
I am currently being stalked, harassed and threatened by one Jason Michael Mills and his wife Sara Elizabeth Mangus or Sara Mills. Jason Michael Mills currently lives at 577 Arballo Drive in San Francisco. Sara is unemployed, having previously worked for the Marketbar Restaurant.
The harassment began in 2013 and has continued steadily ever since. What started as sticking up for a friend being harassed by them turned into years of harassment and untrue allegations against me and my family.
All attempts to cease this behaviour have been met with further attacks. Legal action has proved fruitless as these individuals move around so much that it's nearly impossible to launch a case against them.
