Jaoyeh Trading Ltd T/A J&Y Global review: Stranger things advent calendar

I purchased a Wowcher from the Wowcher for a Stranger Things Advent Calendar order [protected] on 31.10.22 at a cost of £13.99. It was not clear that I would have to pay for shipping on top when I redeemed the Wowcher however that’s what I had to do when on 15.11.22 I redeemed for the calendar to be supplied by Jaoyeh Trading and paid an additional £3.99 postage, and received an email confirming delivery would be on or before November 22nd. The order number listed was noted as [protected]. When the calendar did not arrive I found the following contact details for Jaoyeh Add:Unit D Lakeside Technology Park

And emailed them.

I received a note saying that due to postal disruptions I should expect guaranteed delivery by December 4th my attempts to email the company have been ignored. I then checked trust pilot and find numerous reports about the company saying they failed to deliver.
