Jacquie Lawson.com just renewed my subscription WITHOUT, FOR THE SECOND TIME, NOTIFYING ME AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS.
THIS time they have renewed it for TWO years at $45.00 (instead of only one year).
I immediately emailed them saying that I did not want to continue with them. Their reply was:
"Thank you for your message regarding your subscription.
Your membership is now set to expire on 8 December 2025. A short while before expiry, we will send you a renewal reminder. If you choose not to renew, please simply disregard that renewal reminder and you will not be charged further."
Claimed loss: $45.00
Desired outcome: Jacquie Lawson: Please refund the $45.00 charge to my credit card
