About $12,000. Never showed up to finish once he had most of the money. I've had 5 deck company's come out and give me estimates to finish it. It will cost about $7,000 to finish. He was paid upfront for all materials. Was paid for railing and labor which he never even ordered. About $4,500.It will take $2,500 in labor plus the $4,500 to finish this deck. That's how much money I'm out.
