I went in on Thursday 11/13/2025 for a coolant leak check. The lady I spoke with said they were busy and to make an appointment. I made one for 12:00. I showed up and sat until 1:30 the guy behind the desk finally told me what was wrong and that they were trying to track down the hose. Another 15 minutes later I told him I had to go He said he was still trying to get a hose for today. I told him I can’t do today now. He said so you want me to bring the van around and I said yes. That’s when things changed. I must or pissed them off. They all let the office area. So I waited some more for them to give me my keys and finish up. Finally another guy gave me my keys I asked about the other guy that was taking care of me he said that he doesn’t know where he went. So I go out side and the guy that was out there. I told him to call me when he gets the part and we can schedule the repair. He said ok. Now I live 10 minutes away. I’m driving home and just as I’m pulling in the van starts to overheat. I opened the hood and the radiator cap was off and sitting to the side. Wow! You have spiteful people and bad energy there. Hopefully they didn’t cause damage. I have to get more antifreeze now in order to check it.

Desired outcome: I would like to hear from corporate. This wasn’t an accident and they changed attitudes after I said I couldn’t get it done today. I won’t know until I find out if they caused damage.
