Hello, I agree with the above complaints. She ripped me and my friend off and promised a beautiful apartment. Instead, we were put into a horrible, smelly, messy little apartment with no refund of monies or discount. See photos attached of the apartment she made us stay in. She didnt not provide an address for the apartment until the day before travel! We were travelling from Australia. She was hard to communicate with and made our holiday a nightmare by constantly calling us during our holiday and harassing us to take BEDS and utensils from the apartment we were staying in! DO NOT RENT FROM HER OR DEAL WITH HER IN! She is a fraud!
