We bought this mattress from Ivan smith in Bastrop la. on Feb2 2021 and we paid $1232.08. I called Ivan Smith and told him that the mattress had a lot of sunk in places and it was real lumpy even tho we turned the mattress once a week when we changed the sheets. and he told me to call the people that made it. The number I called was [protected] And I told them about how the mattress was and they said they would get back to me which they never did. Si called Ivan smith and he sent a guy out here with a little ruler and measure it and I asked him was something wrong and he said he couldnt tell me He came on July 21 2022. But no one call and told us nothing. So I called the number again to the place that made it and I talked to a guy named Toni and I told him and he said send them some e-mail so I sent the email to Customer [protected]@silver Line Sleep.com and I still didnt hear from them so I called toni again and he said did I send them the email and I told him yes and he said he would check on it. Si still didnt hear from them so I called again and talked to a guy named John and he said he would get back with me. But he didnt Now ivan smith is telling me that we should have bought a box springs because a box spring could go bad. But on the warranty does not say anything about having to buy a box spring. They told me the warranty was good for 10 years. I told them I had a copy of the warranty and toni said he would send me a copy of the warranty even tho I told him I had one but I never heard from him again. But now they are saying we were suppose to buy a box spring Even tho no one said anything about a box spring. All we want is our money back Or make it right.
