ITC review: Pricelock and incorrect accounts placed on ITC

I currently have a pricelock, but the amounts charged is not what I was advised on the phone.

Each month I have been paying my account in advance and not happy. I have not received any formal term and conditions and today I am unhappy and would like to cancel.

The below reasons for cancellation

Amounts to be paid is not the amounts I agreed upon
DSTV has added 2 account on my credit profile causing by credit score to drop by 11points
The accounts added end with;
6591 R1078
6589 Balance of 1540

This is really bad and I need this to be removed.
