I have worked long with ITC InfoTech and had very bad experience especially with the manager. I would not hesitate naming Surya Hota as my manager who left no stone unturned in spoiling my career. Such people not only bring bad name to these reputed companies but also involved in spoiling careers of hard working employees. Surya Hota or Surya Hota Venkatta Shastry is a black spot not only for ITC but also on my career. No matter how you work hard, you will always suffer. My sincere advice to management is to keep tab on such corrupt managers who are interested in knowing salaries of their juniors and then comparing their own salary. Surya will then ask about the age and compare his package when he was of that age. Shame on such managers. No complaints for ITC InfoTech but only regret for Surya

I agree with the comments given here. Surya Hota or Surya Hota Venkatta Shastry is bringing biggest failure to ITC Infotech. I have not seen people manager managing more than 25 to 50 resources at a time but Surya Hota is the person for whom more people reporting under him is a point of respect. There are approximately more than 150 resources reporting directly under him. I have worked with one of the customer for whom he was the delivery and account manager but i got surprised that no one from customer side or from ITC's employees side knew him. When asked about Surya Hota, other consultant working with the same customer replies that they have never met him or spoken to him and they were working there for more than a year. It is easy to understand that Surya Hota is a relative of someone in leadership position where even managing directory of the company is afraid to touch him. while exit interview i told very clearly to HR and Surya Hota's manager that how is he bringing failure to the ITC Infotech but heard from X-collegues that nothing changed. Some one very senior employee of ITC Infotech said once to me that ITC Limited will be very fair with the career of employees by shutting down ITC Infotech and now I also feel it to be true.
