Italian Embassy Dublin review: Passport

I m really really mad about the way you guys from Italy embassy Dublin test my case, nobody reply emails, no pick up my calls, I’m trying to get my first passport for 2 years or more.
First was my aire that never get ready,
Now what is the reason?
All the process are done, just need to be printed. Why take so long?
My mother in hospital and I can’t go to visit her without my passport
I ve lost 700 euros in flights because you guys promised 4 weeks then I ve bought my tickets and the passport doesn’t got ready
