THIS IS A SCAM!

I contacted them online on there chat page & was cut off by them on 3 occasions today alone. I've tried ringing them to cancel my subscription & got absolutely nowhere. I contacted the bank to let them know I had been scammed & payments are still coming from my bank account to this company. They advised me to try a web chat page & try to screenshot the transcript. The transcript was never sent but I did screenshot every message we exchanged. iolo would not budge on sending me a refund whatsoever & when I asked for a link to my account login page I was cut off chat on the 3 occasions.

I have exhausted all ways now to contact them as I think they have but a ban on my ip address as all the links to chat won't work. My original email address on registry is no longer recognised, nor is order number for the actual subscription.

My bank has told me they have refunded the amount taken back to my account but it is pending and maybe charged back to iolo if they prove the transaction wasn't fraudulent.

I've previously cancelled my old debit card and received a new one yesterday hoping this would stop further charges been made but the money has still come out my account before I even opened the envelope which my new card was delivered in. In the morning I'm going back into my bank & will block the account completely if I have to & have a new account number given.
