Background-I noticed on my past six months billings that I had been billed $19.95 six times. I immediately contacted my credit card company, CHASE of this and requested a cancellation of $19.95. I then requested the company refund me $100.00 or extend my service, either way. I was greeted with an immediate cancellation of my account. This response cannot stand. It amounts to stealing. I contacted the company and they basically said to [censored] off. They lost a 20 year customer and I intend to get my money back.
