Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my issue with PFS Primerica. My Representatives played with my U-4 and hide all of their deceptive manipulating of my career and Series 7 license, ultimately terminating me without due cause.

I came on board Primerica in April 2008 .I registered and put in a U-4 for employment with them. I licensed any and all required questions truthfully .I was fully Registered with Primerica at that point.

Now it is December 2011.I have followed all of the necessary compliance that was required. December 2011. I re-registered and Paid all the dues for the upcoming year. I received a thank you and congratulations letter from Primerica February 14, 2012 and a Certificate that I was a Certified Registration Representative with Primerica.
I hadn't passed the Insurance Life, health, & Annuities State Exam that was also a requirement. I have taken this course several times and the State Exam unfortunately failing it be a small margin. Again, I signed up for class in April 2012 and completed the class by May or June 2012. My registered Representative said to keep going. Joe Ousefsian and Jerry & Rhonda Byer the top of our team said the same.

I had moved several times changing my personal address. So it was agreed upon with Joe Ousfesian to keep all letters and paperwork in the files in his Branch Office in my personal folders. I would check it regularly.

I completed the Insurance Class and planned on taking the State Exam. However, I kept asking Joe to see my current U-4. He avoided the question and just said continue with your studies. By July 2012 I was insistent on seeing my U-4. He avoided the issue. He finally admitted that I was terminated. That was July 2012. he gave me my U-5. It said terminated no cause. It was back-dated to March 2013. I never received it at home in the mail nor in my Branch Office Files any sort of termination until July 2112.

I have been in financial distress due to them and currently studying for my state exam again.

Now comes 2 years later 2014 and I am without a firm and want to begin working again. the window of 2 years is just about gone, I received my letter of termination July 18th, 2012, therefore giving me July 2014. So i went back to a different office of Primerica. I was told that I needed a Good Faith Meeting with them via phone with their people. They said I didn't do something right. " they were looking into some issues you have raised" What it was, was a total secret. Meanwhile i was told I had until July 2014 to join their/or any other firm .July 18th, 2012, I received from Primerica a letter stating and dated that "we have received your request to terminate my association with Primerica" this Never occurred. I dd not request any termination and I did not receive any refunded monies. They also back dated my U-5 to say March 2012. In addition there is a compliance law that states that the firm, any firm has the duty to return a U-5 within the period of 30 DAYS, no more. I received it over 4 months late, violation.

At this juncture i find myself without a 30 year Career, a Immaculately Clean License of 30 years down the tubes I have lost my entire future and clients and have no way of gainfully sporting myself and children. Primeirca, Joe Ousefsian, Jery & Rhonda Byer, have caused me irreparable damages. My crd # is 1360864 with Finra
.
I have all the correspondence that I received from Primerica.

Thank you for your kindness and interest. I need a direction to someone who may be able to help in a law suit and recouping my license if at all possible.

Respectfully...Penny Glaser-Goldberg
