International Shipping Company review: I would like to know when I will get my household goods

On or around Jan 9th 2022 I got international sea and air, to deliver a 20ft container from a Ustin Texas to Bridgetown Barbados I was told it would be a 2/3 delivery, the original cost was $8,201, it then went to $9,000 almost $10,000, it is now March 21, 2022 and I have still not received my goods, I have spoken with the rep I was assigned Sueann dyer but get nothing from her, all she says is I will update you when I get an update, she has not told me where my container is, I have email Talia Aviani also. I have asked many times for a tracking system, nothing Sueann told me it was on a ship called Constania which was supposed to be in Kingston Jamaica port, but this is incorrect information, when I questioned Sueann on the where about of this vessel she got angry and pushed me off to another rep, I am not getting any satisfactory - answers as to where my goods are,

What should be my next move it seems like they have my money, my belongings and don't care, no matter how many emails I send nothing, I do not get a reasonable answer as to where or when my container will arrive.. How do you not know where or when my container should arrive, doesn't the shipping company have that information
