I purchased a pair of WallaBuds Pro in-ear ear buds. In 5 mins of use the product had fallen out fallen out of my ear 3 times. I tried the different sizes of the rubber fittings to no success. The website clearly shows people working out with the device. I have tried to initiate a return but have gotten no response to 3 emails to [protected]@wallasound.com and left 3 messages at their 856.386.6959 phone both of which are listed on their website. The website states their customer service is from 9am to 5 pm M-F, but when you call a message says they are closed and please leave a message. The company is listed in New Jersey.
