Integrated Bedding Solutions review: Bed inspection / liars

June 8th I had someone from integrated bedding Solutions come out and inspect my mattress and box spring. The technician told me that the sagging from head to toe 1 5/8 on the left side is a factory defect and the mattress is fully supported and there should be no sagging after only having the bed 3 months. And the sagging from the right 1 1/12 is cause for a small crack in the box spring. He stated that the mattress and box spring will be replaced. Integrated bedding solutions sending the report to restonic and states nothing is wrong with the mattress and there is no resolution! Why tell the customers one thing than leave and send the report nothing os wrong? Its all a scam! I had to pay for this inspection $52 and nothing is wrong? Isnt that convenient! How can a mattress being 3 months old have such a huge body impression and IBG sends no recommendations?
