The problem is the instructor / assistant weren't there for me when I had a problem trying to access my assignment on time. One was sick & my assistant didn't get back to me for more than a week. I needed help and they abused my trust and I may fail the course. I'm a paralegal student and the class was LAW 2024. I'm not at all tech savy in anyway. October 9th-18th
Desired outcome: Their names are sumitha puishapalan & Jennifer luong. I'd like a apology for not getting back to me sooner and to make sure this doesn't happen again! Especially when I repeat the course.
